<p>If you are a pear-shaped lady, you are in luck. A new study from the UK suggests that people with body fat in their backside and thighs enjoy protection against diabetes and other health problems associated with obesity. Waoh&#8230;</p>
<p>That means <strong>having junk in the trunk is good for your health</strong>.</p>
<p>According to Dr Michael Jensen of the Mayo Clinic,  &#8220;If you&#8217;re going to have fat, you&#8217;re definitely better off if you&#8217;ve got some fat in the lower body.&#8221; This means all fats are not created equal and the best kind of fat is backside fat and of course, worse is <a href="http://blogs.losethepoundsfast.com/120/5-sweet-foods-to-burn-belly-fat/">belly fat</a>. It means the &#8216;pear shape&#8217; officially trumps the &#8216;apple shape&#8217;. It doesn&#8217;t mean that pear-shaped people get a pass from taking care of their weight.</p>
<p>We could see drugs developed in the future that alter the way fat is stored around the body and could be used to combat heart and other diseases.</p>
<p>The ultimate truth as Fotini Rozakeas of the British Heart Foundation puts it,</p>
<p>&#8216;If you are overweight, obese, or if your waist size has increased, it is important to make changes to your lifestyle, such as eating a healthy diet and doing regular physical activity, to reduce your risk of heart health problems.&#8217;</p>
<p>Unfortunately, I am still working on developing that official &#8216;junk in the trunk&#8217; diet It looks like iis going to take some time.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p><strong></strong>Ever get tired of doing hundreds of exercises and using complex pieces of equipment to get rid of love handles and not seeing any results?  Well, you’re not alone.  There are a lot of people who have the same problem and don’t know what to do and where to start.  I have some tips and a great fitness plan that I found on how you could get rid of love handles that could work for you.</p>

<p>First is to build your abs, the upper, lower and side abdomen, which is also known as the ‘six-pack’ because of its anatomical structure.  Abdominal exercises will not totally remove abdominal fat not unless done with a weight-loss program that is focused on strengthening the muscles of your abdomen.  Having more muscles in your tummy will boost up your metabolism thus giving you better tone and definition.  Build your abs according to your preference.  If you’re a woman and would only like to have a toned and flat stomach, use a routine that would only help you trim down the fat.  If you’re a man and would like to see and feel that hard six-pack core, use a high intensity resistance routine.</p>
