There are many factors that contribute into having a big belly.  Having a high caloric and unbalanced diet, high intake of alcohol and having too much stress in life are one of these factors.   Many existing fat loss programs can assist you to lose belly fat.  These programs have an end goal that is losing your belly fat.  Every step and technique in the program should be done properly to have good results.

I have found an effective fitness program.  In this program you will not do crunches or sit-ups, no fat burning pills, no useless ab belts and equipments, no more long and boring cardio workouts and no more weight loss scams.  I had been talking about this program for months, saying that I’ll get it on my next pay.  So much procrastinating that a friend bought it and gave it to me as a gift.  Before I started the program, I was doing routines that are not working.  But everything changed when I started doing this program.  I have lost 26 kg in 6 months of using it.

Some people have common mistakes in losing belly fat by overdoing cardio exercises.  Overdoing cardio exercises will not help you effectively loose belly fat, you will just shrink but will not totally burn your fat.  Cardio exercise has no after burn effect, your metabolism also stops burning fat when you stop your exercise.  The more you do cardio exercises the more efficient you are to it and the more you strip off muscles that help in perking up your metabolism to burn fat.

Muscles are important in burning fat by using up energy stores that are readily available in the body.  So you should then find a program that incorporates high intensity resistance exercises that would not only focus on strength but also on speed, conditioning and force to create a metabolic demand.  This program has routines that could really dig up into your stubborn energy stores, the belly.   Using more energy in a routine will create a hormonal response telling the brain that the body needs more energy thus fat in your belly will be used up.
