Does Sensa Weight Loss Really Work?

by Ashley

Different kinds of diets have plagues the market but there are still more people who suffer from being overweight or obese.  It is clear, not even one of the diets is working.  Sensa is the latest weight loss product to hit the weight loss scene.  Sensa offers a new approach in weight loss that produces life-changing results.  Sensa works with your body’s natural inclinations.  It is said that Sensa helps you overcome the urge for overeating thus you can reduce your calorie consumption and lose weight while enjoying the meal that you like.  Sensa is based on 25 years of research and testing of Sensa Tastants.  Sensa Tastants uses your sense of smell and taste as partners in weight loss.  Sensa’s unique concept, to sprinkle tastants, to curb your hunger is impressive.  But does it really work?

Sensa is believed to be a food product and is not a diet pill. It is made up of “sprinkles” known as tastants. To use Sensa all you have to do is sprinkle it on ever crumb of food you consume. As you eat, Sensa works with your taste and smell senses to activate the satiety or satisfaction center of the brain and naturally induces the feeling of fullness. Tough Sensa is tasteless it is said that Sensa increases the taste of blander and healthier foods such as tofu and vegetables. By increasing the flavor of foods, you will eat less. But for me, if something tastes good, I’d be more likely to eat more.

Sensa contains ingredients such as Maltodextrin, Tricalcium Phosphate, Silica and Carmine.  These ingredients may have adverse effects to you if you do not know of them.  Maltodextrin is a sweet polysaccharide which is derived from corn so anyone with corn allergies should not use Sensa. Tricalcium Phosphate is a mineral mainly found in rocks and is used in powdered spices as an anti-clumping agent.  Tricalcium Phosphate however doesn’t have known evidence that helps in losing weight.  Silica on the other hand is found in sand and quartz.  It is commonly used as a food additive that helps in absorbing water and it doesn’t have proven evidence that it enhances weight loss.  Carmine is extracted from carminic acid found in insects and it causes severe allergic reactions ad anaphylactic shock to some people.  Carmine also doesn’t have a significant effect in losing weight.

So how can Sensa help you lose weight if its ingredients don’t really have a significant effect in weight loss?  Sensa is just a new product and people are just discovering if it really works.  Sensa is not a long term solution to weight loss and it is not suitable for everyone especially for those who have allergies.  We are not presented with any evidence that Sensa really works.  Most weight loss programs are just temporary solutions to your problem but I have found this great website losethepoundsfast.com that offers permanent solutions that guarantees in getting you the results that you wanted.
