It’s me again and if you having troubles keeping up with your weight loss goals, once again I am here to help. Here are a few ways to work around your favorite excuses to avoid changing your eating habits and exercise.
Excuse: I have no time for exercise.
Busted: You only need 30 minutes a day to walk and 30 minutes a week to do resistance training to boost your health and reduce your waist. If you can’t make that time, maybe you are not interested in losing weight.
Excuse: We’re headed to a buffet.
Bust it: About 25 minutes before you eat, have a handful of nuts (six walnuts works, as do 12 almonds or 20 peanuts), and a glass of water. Once there, have a cup of soup or two, then limit yourself to one trip to the buffet with a 7- or 9-inch plate with single-storey servings.
Excuse: I have foot pain.
Bust it: Try biking or swimming (there’s more than one way to get your heart rate up!). See a podiatrist to diagnose what’s wrong.
Excuse: I travel all the time and have to eat on the road.
Bust it: Take more snacks instead of big meals. Travel with baggies of snacks – cut-up apples or baby carrots.
Here are more tips for the season:
Have nutritious foods that can become a lifelong habit and shrink your waist as a fringe benefit. Read those food labels. Don’t buy anything with more than 4 grams of saturated fat or 4 grams of any sugar per serving. Avoid ‘em trans fats. Again, for the sake of repeating myself, walk 30 minutes a day.

Hi
I need some tip loss fat from my waist. I don't get time to do exercise as my office timing is not fixed.
